The alleged assault took place in the Sikandra area of Agra on August 10th. According to the victim's complaint, the accused, identified as Shivang Singh, coerced her into his car under the pretext of wanting to meet. Singh, who hails from Ghazipur, allegedly tied her hands, drew curtains to block the view from the outside, and threatened her life before committing the crime.
Desperate Pleas Ignored
Despite the victim’s desperate attempts to resist and raise an alarm, the accused continued with his horrific actions. The victim recounted that the windows of the car were covered, making it impossible for anyone outside to see the crime unfolding. After the assault, the accused cruelly threw her out of the vehicle and fled.

The victim managed to return to her room and filed a complaint with the police the following day. The local authorities have launched an extensive investigation, including CCTV footage analysis, to track down Singh, who claims to have been at IIT Jammu and Kashmir for the past 10 days. His whereabouts remain unknown.
